Detox Diet Indicative Weekly Menu

Monday

Breakfast: ½ cup of milk + 1 slice of bread + 1 egg boiled + 1 slice of cheese

Snack: 1 orange

Lunch: Salad with boiled vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, radish+1 small tuna +½ cup soaked bulgur

Afternoon: 1 yogurt

Dinner: A salad with cabbage carrot +1 marinated pork steak with mushrooms and peppers

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: cereal ½ cup+3 dried apricots + ½ cup of milk

Snack: 1 orange

Lunch: Steamed Broccoli + 1 beef burger + ½ cup of rice +2 tablespoons grated cheese

Afternoon: 1 apple

Dinner: colorful vegetable salad + 1 serving of spaggeti with broccoli

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 slices of toasted bread + 1 portion of cheese + 1 slice turkey slice + 1 apple

Snack: 1 orange

Lunch: Salad with cabbage and carrot + 1 serving of beans with potato or corn

Afternoon: 1 yogurt + 3 prunes

Dinner: colorful vegetable salad + 1 grilled perch fillet  + ½ serving of beans

 

Thursday

Breakfast: ½ cup oatmeal + 1 tablespoon raisins + 1 apple + 8 almonds.

Snack: 1 yogurt

Lunch: 1 serving of spinach + 1 slice turkey + 1 slice of bread.

Afternoon: 1 banana

Dinner: An omelet with two egg whites, one yolk, asparagus and green onion + 1 small arabic pie

 

Friday

Breakfast: ½ cup of breakfast cereal +1 kiwi+ 1 yogurt

Snack: 1 orange.

Lunch: 1 serving of cooked artichokes  + 2 boiled potatoes + 1 slice of cheese

Afternoon: 1 pear

Dinner: Beet salad + 1 fish (cooked in the oven with various vegetables in a parchment paper)

 

Saturday

Breakfast: ½ cup of fresh orange juice + 1 slice of bread + 1 slice of cheese + 1 slice of turkey

Brunch: 1 + ½ kiwi yogurt

Lunch: Steamed vegetables + 1 portion of chicken

Afternoon: 1 apple + ½ yoghurt

Dinner:  a colorful vegetable salad + 1 large rusk with tomato, cheese and olives

 

Sunday

Breakfast: breakfast cereal ½ cup + 1 tablespoon raisins + 3  prunes +½ cup milk.

Snack: 1 orange.

Lunch: a colorful vegetable salad + 1 serving of beef with pasta.

Afternoon: 1 serving of cream cheese with 1 teaspoon honey.

Dinner: A salad with 2-3 seasonal fruits, yogurt and 1 ½ teaspoon walnuts.
