1 serving of grilled chicken and green salad, 1 tsp olive oil

A salad with steamed vegetables, 1 tsp olive oil and a boiled egg
1 serving grilled fish and green salad, 1 tsp olive oil
One serving of potato salad with tuna, lettuce, tomato and herbs, 1 tsp olive oil
